endowment funds are one of
the best ways to ensure the outstanding scouting programs
continue. Endowment contributions help assure funds are
available now and in the future to meet the needs of youth in the
communities served by the
Blackhawk Area Council. The
Boy Scouts of America nationally offers three distinct endowment
recognition programs; James E. West Fellowship, and 1910 Society and
Founders Circle.
These national
recognitions are presented by the local council to donors who commit to
make contributions immediately, in installments or at a future
date.
