The purpose of Lord Baden-Powell University of Scouting (LBPU) is to provide introductory, supplemental, and advanced training for ALL functions in the council and district related to commissioner service, membership, finance, and program for Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Venturing and Sea Scouting. Much of the specialization provided only at LBPU is the strength found in our offering this innovative curriculum.
